The Website offers an online contracting service, which is a 24-hour service that is simple, direct and has all the advantages of having a wide catalog of updated services available from anywhere through an Internet connection.

1. Generalities

All prices are in Euros and, in accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the Website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which is included in the price. The User will be able to see a breakdown of the service cost and VAT before confirming the purchase.

2. User Obligations

Any User who makes a purchase through this Website declares that they are of legal age and, where applicable, have full capacity to use payment methods and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of services. The User also declares to fully and unreservedly accept all the conditions of this Legal Notice.

The User may establish one or more hiring requests offered through the Website.

The User agrees to make appropriate and respectful use of the facilities, services, and tools made available to them. If a ranking or classification system is associated with reservations or activities, the User may provide a nickname or identifying name, which may be published in a private or restricted area. This nickname must at all times comply with the rules of good faith and conduct, and may not be offensive, derogatory, discriminatory, obscene, or contrary to the law, nor may it infringe upon the rights of third parties.

Real Club Deportivo Mallorca S.A.D. reserves the right to reject, modify, or delete any nickname that violates these conditions, at its discretion, without giving rise to any right to claim compensation. The User will be solely responsible for the nickname provided.

Access to the ranking requires providing an email address at the time of booking. The booking holder guarantees that the email address provided is correct, valid, and used with their authorization, and is solely responsible for its accuracy and use. Real Club Deportivo Mallorca S.A.D. is exempt from any liability arising from the entry of incorrect, unauthorized, or third-party email addresses.

3. Payment methods and security

In compliance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389 of 27 November 2017, supplementing Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market, users making online payment transactions must do so using strong customer authentication. Depending on the chosen payment method and its value, and subject to the exceptions provided for in the Directive, users may need to provide a second authentication factor before placing an order, such as a PIN code that they will receive on their mobile phone and must enter to validate their purchase.

According to the PSD2 directive, strong customer authentication exists when at least two of the following elements are used for authentication:

  • Knowledge (something only the User knows, for example, password, PIN code, login details, etc.)
  • Possession (something that only the User has, for example, a mobile phone where an SMS arrives to verify the transaction, email address, etc.)
  • Inherence (something that the User is, for example, the possibility of biometric verification, whether by fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.)

These elements are independent of each other. That is, a breach in one does not compromise the reliability of the others, and the confidentiality of identifying data is always protected.

For the User’s convenience, we provide different ways to make payment:

1) Credit card.

This payment method is immediate, completely secure, and verified by Redsys’ secure servers on the payment gateway. Your credit card details will never be disclosed.

– Accepted cards are: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express (AMEX), Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, RuPay.

-Only secure credit cards will be accepted to prevent any potential risk or fraud. Secure cards have associated security codes, and upon completion of payment, you will be redirected to the bank’s payment gateway, where you will need to enter these codes. If you do not have a secure card for online payments, your bank must provide you with the necessary information and codes.

2) Apple Pay

– With Apple Pay, you can make purchases from your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac. When you make a purchase, Apple Pay uses a device-specific number and a unique transaction code. This way, your bank card number is never stored on your device or on the cardholder’s servers, and Apple never shares it with merchants.

– Apple Pay uses two-factor authentication via Face ID or Touch ID. This means you don’t need to confirm purchases with codes, security questions, or passwords.

3) Google Pay

– Google Pay is a platform developed by Google for use in payment systems from mobile devices, offering users the ability to make payments with Android devices, tablets or smartwatches.

– To make purchases, the phone must be compatible with NFC (Near Field Communication) and HCE (Host Card Emulation). Users can add payment cards by taking a photo of the card or by manually entering the card information.

– Google Pay uses strong security measures that continuously and automatically protect your account and personal information from any threat.

4. Right of withdrawal

  • In compliance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, information is provided on the User’s right of withdrawal.

    4.1 When the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Owner (distance selling), the User shall enjoy the right of withdrawal described in this section, with the exceptions provided for in Article 103.

    4.2 Information to the consumer and user on the right of withdrawal.

    a) The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide a reason.

    b) The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

    c) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example: a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

    4.4 According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, in its art. 103, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to (among others):

    a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when the performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the trader, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

    In relation to this section, with the User’s order, the User gives their prior express consent, with the knowledge and acceptance on their part of the exceptions included herein, and consequently in those cases, they lose their right of withdrawal.

5. Changes and cancellations

In the case of the “Individual Experience” service, a single schedule change will be allowed, provided that The new booking must be made within 7 days of the originally booked date and subject to availability. This change will not, under any circumstances, entitle the customer to a refund.

Regarding the other experiences offered, due to their personalized nature and the advance planning necessary for their provision, cancellations with a refund of the amount paid or changes or relocations of date or time will not be accepted once the reservation has been confirmed.

The request for change must be made in writing, through the channels enabled by Real Club Deportivo Mallorca S.A.D.

Making a reservation implies express acceptance of these conditions.

6. Availability

The Owner undertakes not to make services available to Users that are unavailable except in the case of a computer error or some other unforeseen circumstance. In the event of such an unfortunate incident, the Owner undertakes to inform the User and reach a satisfactory agreement with them.

7. Customer Service

The User will have access to a Customer Service department, which can be accessed by sending an email to mallorcafootballpark@rcdmallorca.es or by calling 629 581 256 during business hours. A response will be received as soon as possible, and in any case within the maximum period determined by applicable legislation.

8. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between the consumer and the seller, the consumer may opt for alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, in accordance with national legislation.

In Spain, you can submit your complaint to the Consumer Arbitration System, which is free and voluntary.

In the European Union, you can request free advice and assistance on cross-border claims from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
